We build our walk-in coolers and freezers to each customer’s specifications. Before shipping, we test-assemble the panels at our manufacturing facility to check their fit and locking mechanisms. We then package the panels for delivery to the job site.

Walk-In Coolers & Freezers
Our Walk – INS are greatly customization and are very easy to expand. We provide high quality polyurethane panels with a different thickness of the panels 4, 6, 8” with a different skin metals. From painted steel to stainless steel all our panels are foamed in place technology.
We do not limit our product by standard sizes. We will make any walk – in cooler or freezer to feat our costumer’s space at a same low price.
We can provide full service from completed with installation and refrigeration hookup. All our installation team are trained by our factory specialists

Cold Storage Warehouses
Cold storage warehouses are designed to hold large quantities of fresh or frozen products. Premium Paneling supplies custom insulated panels for facilities of different sizes and applications.
Panel specifications can be tailored to each project. Thicknesses range from 4 to 10 inches, with painted steel, aluminum, and stainless steel finishes available. Steel thickness can range from 26 to 18 gauge, depending on the application.
Panel Connections
Cam-lock panels are commonly used for walk-in coolers and freezers. We can manufacture cam-lock panels up to 40 feet long. When the locks are engaged, they pull adjoining panels together to create a tight seal.
Tongue-and-groove panels are another option for large facilities. The panel edges fit together and are secured with screws or other specified fasteners. Unlike cam-lock panels, this connection does not use internal locks to pull the panels together.
Blast Freezers, shock boxes & CHILLERS
Blast Chillers & Freezers
Premium Paneling manufactures custom blast chillers and freezers, from single-roll-in-rack units to larger systems. We don’t rely on standard models; we design each unit around the customer’s products and operating requirements.
Our design process considers the facility layout, door configuration, product flow, product type, moisture content, and cooling or freezing goals. We partner with CoolTech Mechanical to specify the refrigeration equipment, controls, and electrical components for each system.

DoorS
Custom Cold Storage Doors
Premium Paneling designs and manufactures doors for walk-in coolers, freezers, cold storage facilities, and production areas. Door size, thickness, and metal finish can be specified for each project.
Swing doors are a popular choice for walk-ins. Our flush-mount doors are available in custom sizes, with thicknesses from 4 to 10 inches and a range of metal finishes.
Sliding doors suit larger openings and high-traffic areas. We also manufacture electrically operated sliding doors driven by servo motors.
Traffic doors are designed for busy production areas. They feature aluminum frames, foamed-in-place insulation, and stainless steel hinges.
